Cap 1 EGFP (N1meψ) mRNA-LNP LP01

The LP01 LNP formulation, containing enhanced green fluorescent protein mRNA, is developed using a standard LNP formulation with the key ionizable lipid LP01. The cargo, EGFP (N1meψ) mRNA, has undergone full modification of all U bases with N1-methyl-pseudo-uridine. Upon translation, EGFP (N1meψ) mRNA generates enhanced green fluorescent protein, which emits fluorescence at 507nm upon excitation at 488nm.
